These rules govern your use of PayChute, whether as an individual, or as a representative of any creator or entity. By accessing or using our website, located at https://paychute.com, or any of our related products and services, you are accepting these terms.

By means of your use or access of any PayChute site, product or service, you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into an agreement based on these terms, not only on your own behalf, but also on behalf of any entity or individual whom you represent for purposes of such access and use.

Currently PayChute is facilitating payment processing and verification for BitChute Memberships; no account creation is required for this purpose. Soon PayChute will offer features allowing creators to form their own communities and offer subscriptions to exclusive multimedia content. Use of these features will require the creation of a PayChute account. Make sure to check back for updates regarding the launch dates of these new features, as well as for any revisions to these Terms, as they are subject to revision.

PayChute respects your privacy by retaining only the minimum data required to verify your successful purchase of a BitChute Membership and, if applicable, to facilitate delivery to you of any exclusive rewards associated with the Membership purchased. Your data is never sold to third parties and will be retained only so long as necessary to serve these purposes.

PayChute adopts appropriate collection, storage and processing practices and security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction of your personal information, transaction information and associated data stored on our Service. Sensitive and private exchange between the Service and its Users happens over an SSL secured communication channel and is encrypted and protected with digital signatures.

Regardless of your jurisdiction of domicile, PayChute honors requests to exercise Data Subject Access Rights (right of access to personal data/right to know, right to correction, right to erasure, right to withdraw consent, right to restriction of processing, and right to data portability, and right to object, right to opt out of the sale of personal information). PayChute reserves the right to, at any time, modify, temporarily suspend, or discontinue operation of the PayChute website or any associated products or services, in whole or in part. You agree that PayChute will not be liable to you or to any third party for any such modification, suspension or discontinuation.
